What to Expect During a Reiki Treatment Session
Reiki treatments can be for specific healing or general relaxation and
are individually tailored to each client's needs and condition.

Sessions run approximately 60 minutes with time allotted for questions or discussion before and after your treatment.
During your Reiki session you’ll lie fully clothed on a treatment table (or in a chair if that's more comfortable) while your Reiki practitioner places her hands in certain positions just above or lightly on your head and torso. A Reiki treatment is not intrusive and there is no massage or manipulation. |
A single Reiki treatment reduces pain and anxiety in most people. |
Typically clients experience improvement with their first Reiki treatment. Additional sessions may be recommended to reinforce and maintain that improvement or if you wish to work on a specific issue or health problem. The goal being to feel better for the long term.
